Structure of the online lessonIf you wish to join our lessons online, you will continue to benefit from small interactive classes as well as carefully structured study materials.
All our lessons are delivered in a hybrid model (with face-to-face students also attending) live through streaming software with annotations screen-shared with you. During our interactive lessons, you are encouraged to ask and answer questions, where your teacher can provide you with immediate feedback. Your teacher will explain theory through clear, illustrative examples and annotations. Just like our face-to-face lessons, we employ our highly effective 4 pillar method to help you master the concepts. In class, you'll have plenty of opportunities to work through questions and check your understanding. |
Beyond the lessonsAt Openhouse, learning does not stop at the end of your lesson. In fact, you have the following forms of support available to you. At no extra charge.
You'll receive access to video recordings of the lesson as well as your teacher's annotated notes. We make these available to help you review concepts after class has finished. We encourage students to only use these recordings as supplementary material, and to engage during the live online lesson to get the most out of their learning experiences. Our online forum is open anytime for you to ask homework questions, clarify concepts or request any additional materials. It's our way of ensuring students are supported beyond the classroom. We encourage students to show us their attempts when submitting questions. This allows us to pinpoint specific concepts requiring further clarification, allowing us to tailor our assistance to our students. |
